I am a certified level-3 trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist specializing in the field of trauma recovery. My primary approach to trauma treatment is based on the principles of the IFS model. My studies in Somatic Experiencing (SE) and Sensori-Motor Psychotherapy (SP) allow me to enhance the IFS model with a somatic component to provide a comprehensive mind-body approach to trauma treatment.
