Definitive Insurance Solutions Hello, I am the CEO and owner of Definitive Insurance Solutions, LLC. In truth our history goes back many, many years before this agency was established. My family started in the insurance business in the year 1890 when the Agricultural Mutual Fire Company of Lancaster County asked my great grandfather John W. G. Hershey if he would be the companies administrator. My great grandfather was a minister and a school teacher in Lititz PA. He lived on Main Street across the street from where the post office is today. He agreed to take on this new venture and started taking care of what was to become the Lititz Mutual Insurance Company.
