Dependable Since 1979 In the summer of 1978, in between weekend basketball games, high-school buddies John Franzone and Ben Marcantoni started replacing concrete driveways and sidewalks in the Timonium area. F&M Contractors became incorporated in February, 1979 and licensed by the Maryland State Home Improvement commission. Ben Marcantoni became the sole officer in 1981, when John Franzone left to join his family business Fawn Plastics.
