My goal is to make sure that every client understands how and why they are invested and the benefits that it brings to them. This is why the majority of clients were initially brought on after free educational seminar events. I've been hosting retirement seminars or webinars for years with the idea that people want to learn the rules to the game and want to ultimately work with someone who can simplify retirement for them. Rather than try to make subjects more complicated to prove my value (like many do); I believe simplicity is key and if a client doesn't understand their why -- their plan will never come to fruition.
