Our center offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to help adults age 18 and older of all genders achieve long-term recovery from opioid addiction. The two fundamental elements of MAT are prescription medications to ease opioid withdrawal symptoms and counseling to help patients address the behavioral, emotional, and social aspects of opioid addiction and recovery. MAT has a documented history of effectiveness in helping patients end their opioid use and resist relapse.
