Our founder, Dr. Chris Lilja, brings the experience, knowledge, and passion needed to provide proven health strategies for amazing patient outcomes. He is a Saint Paul native and Highland Park graduate. Dr. Lilja has owned and operated successful chiropractic and nutritional wellness centers in both Minnesota and Washington states. He is dedicated to creating a full-service health and wellness center for his hometown community.
