Team Select Home Care provides expert private duty nursing for medically complex children and adults across Tarrant, Denton, Parker, Johnson, and surrounding North Texas counties, with our office centrally located in Fort Worth. Patients & Families: We specialize in pediatric and adult PDN, including ventilator care, trach management, seizure support, and 24/7 skilled nursing by licensed RNs and LVNs — covered by Texas Medicaid and most insurance. Referral Sources: We coordinate with physicians, STAR Health/MDCP, and insurance to manage authorizations and complex care cases. Nurses: RN & LVN openings with flexible schedules, on-site skills lab & hands-on training, new grad pathway, and tuition reimbursement.
