Tillwater Pointe is conveniently situated within one mile of grocery stores, banks, restaurants, and the Allen County Public Library. The YMCA at Dawson’s Creek, with its great walking path, is within a mile as well. There is something for everyone! We offer monthly programs for the residents to attend and the “Y” visits weekly to keep our youth active.
