Our Fort Worth office is located off of South Hulen Street near Granbury Road. We offer Primary and Urgent Care for adults and children. Services at this location are billed as Primary Care visits. Which means, you get Urgent Care CONVENIENCE at Primary Care COST! For faster service, we recommend you schedule an appointment. For new patients, please print and complete the New Patient forms here OR arrive five minutes early to fill them out in the office. However, walk-ins are ALWAYS welcome! TotalCare is convenient, even when life isn’t!
