Welcome to Trinity Health IHA Medical Group, Primary Care - Plymouth! We are a group committed to providing quality medical care to our patients. We offer same-day sick appointments, some late appointments and more. Two of our physicians are internal medicine/pediatrics providers, which means they can see children as well as adults. Along with our regular hours, we offer extended early and late hours several days a week. Trinity Health IHA Medical Group, Primary Care - Plymouth is a designated Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH).
